How to make it so my Apple Watch doesn't switch away from the Watch face!

When I play a YouTube video on my iPhone for example, it switches to YouTube on the Apple Watch.

I just want to keep my Apple Watch Face on and active and not switch away from it at all times.

is that using the YouTube app on the phone (I assume it exists but I don't have it for sure)? in that case, delete the YouTube app from the watch ...

How about setting "Return to Clock" to Always?
