How to make MacBook windows black

What i mean is how can i make the download window and the "get info window" and things like that to look like this.

You see how the "Advanced" and "Keka" windows are black and transparent how can i do that?

Do a search on Google: Theming OS X "your version"

So, if you have Lion google: Theming OS X Lion (10.7)

OSX has extremely limited ability in theming and changing the colors of windows. There's an app called themepark that can do this to a point but I believe the most current OS it works on is snow leopard
