How to make "push" faster

    This just changes the sync interval, and is really a pretty bad idea overall, if you want to avoid consistency errors and other trouble. If you set the value to 1 minute, the first sync won't even be completed before the next is scheduled to start. Also, i've found that the system resets the plist setting back to 15 after a reboot anyway.

    this reply is a pretty good description of why setting the sync interval too low is bad -

    The best thing to do right now is leave it at the default 15 minutes, and just hit the sync button manually if you make some changes and want to get them synced ASAP.
