How to make Sequoia to split screens like Windows

Hi, on Windows 10, we could split the screen into left and right. Then, split the left window up and down. Can this be done under Sequoia? So far I can only do left-right by dragging one window to the left edge of the screen and another window to the right edge. Can't even do up-down.
