Okay, this is my situation:

I have a Windows and a Mac next to each other.

My keyboard / mouse (both Apple) are connected to my Mac. I use Synergy so I can use my keyboard/mouse for both computers. How can I make it so that I can do stuff like Win + D to show Desktop on the Windows, using my Mac keyboard? Right now, when I hit the Alt button in Windows, it shows Start Menu, which is fine. But Alt + D doesn't show Desktop.

I tried using some programs like AppleKPro, but it requires that the USB mouse be plugged into the Windows computer.

Thanks in advance!

By default, the Apple key operates as the Windows key. There's a really neat little apple keyboard driver for windows that allows you use all your common mac shortcuts in windows. I can't remember what the dang thing is called though...
