How to mark United States Postal Service custom declaration for the smallest fees?

I bought a phone from Ebay and the seller was going to ship the phone through UPS which would have charged me an extra $200 in brokeage fees, so I asked them to ship it through USPS and they asked, " Please let me know how you would like for me to label the customs form required to ship to Canada."

So how do I tell him to label it so I would get the least charges?

    Thanks

I don't want to screw the seller over and I don't want to be screwed with fees.

Doesn't matter. The seller is obligated to label the contents of the package on the customs form accurately.

Agreed. If you didn't want to pay the fees, then you shouldn't have bid on the phone.
