How to match Tags of music with iTunes

Hello!
Most of my MP3s have been matched by iTunes and are available in better quality now. Unfortunately the old tags remain on the titles.
All Software to rewrite my old tags based on iTunes seems to have been abandoned long time ago (no matter whether it was for Windows or Mac).
Is there any working solution?
