Hi, I'm really new to Mac, and I'm hoping I'm just missing something easy here. What I want to do is be able to minimize all the windows on my screen with one button. To make it clearer, say i needed to get a file off my desktop, instead of minimizing or moving all the windows around to get there, I just hit one key and they all minimize.

I have the new wireless keyboard, and the only two unused "F" keys are F5 and F6, which do nothing.

Another note, my girlfriend has a macbook and she says F9 does the trick. F9 skips a track in itunes on my imac.

- F11 shows the desktop
- You can set a corner of the screen to an Expose action
- If you're using Leopard and have Spaces enabled, you can just switch to an empty Space (ctrl + arrow or ctrl + number)

Ah! Fn + F11 does the trick. Thanks a bunch for the quick response. You just made my life a little bit easier.
