How to modify default zip file name?

I am using Mac OS x 10.6, and I am using Japanese.
When I zip files, I got Japanese filename like アーカイブ.zip, this file can"t be upload to this forum, so that I have to modify filename to archive.zip, I want to know if I can get filename in "archive.zip" when I zip files.

Alas, it does not change the settings.
Only if you find a special program that makes tweak system files, if such exists.

I thought there might have a default write command for this settings, but I am not sure...

I mean when I zip a folder in Finder, I got a Japanese file name, I want to modify that default zip file.

I got what I need by set language to English🙁
