Ok thank you! One more question... My Apple TV 4 have iOS 9 ...and its jailbreakable...

Time to study up maybe...? No ATV has iOS 9, only iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPads do. There may be other apps for multi-format video playback, those are the 2 I'm familiar with. Try searching this forum, Google, or Reddit for other options.

I still prefer MrMC, just use the old school Kodi/XBMC folder view on remote shares. No need for fancy UI and folder art.

Plex Server running on your Mac (or PC) and the Plex app from the Apple TV store is all you need.

I found in Google the onevideo app. This app move videos in Apple TV and not streaming.

Yes, but that is not allowed by Apple, so the app can get pulled at any time.
