I've been trying to download Windows Media Player 9, but it keeps downloading as a .sitx file. When I double click on the file it opens with text edit and is just a bunch of ??? (code?). I tried flip4Mac, and VLC, but there is one particular website I need to access that requires WMP9.

    It's Stuffit's new format.

    Use Stuffit Expander.

    Thank you:)
I just got this new Mac and had forgotten about Stuffit.
Didn't it used to come on all Macs?

I know that Stuffit Expander is a great free one... but what about maybe GUI Tar which is also free or The Unarchiver which is again freeware???
