macOS how to open and close a port in XCode using carbon?

Hi all,

I am working a Carbon Application in XCode.

I want to send a message from one system to another system.

I created the socket, binded to a port and send the message.

The message is sent to another machine. When i tried to send next message it shows error in binding. If i change the port number for next message it is working.

So how can i close a port ? So that i use the same port number for all messages.

Help me with some code.....
