A .bin is a cd/dvd image, similar to a .iso or .nrg.
It could also be a Mac binary file.
If its a Mac binary image then StuffIt Expander (free) will open it.
If it came with a .cue file then its a cd image and you'll need something like Titanium or FireStarterFX - http://www.projectomega.org/subcat.php?lg=...cts_firestarter
or VCDtoolsX.
Do you have good burning software installed? e.g. Roxio Titanium?
