General How to open Term-vt100?

Hey, just downloaded term-vt100 to change my Mac address but how do you open it? There's no app or part in settings that I can see to do this. Thanks!
 
Don't change your iOS device's MAC address. You'll have many, many problems. That is if you can even get it to change.
