How to open .theme files

I recently transfered a .theme file from a PC onto my mac. What program would I need to open or modify it

Right click the file, Show Package Contents.

I dont get that option. the icon looks like a piece of paper 🙁

Did you try typing in .theme again? like rename it and add a .theme again. Then press Add.
