How to open USB disk with mac drivers on a Windows pc?

Hello.

Both my USB disk was formated to be used with a Mac. When i connect this to a Windows pc it would not work, the computer find it and install it, i found it in control panel but i cant open and browse the files.

How could i use this disks on a Windows 8.1 computer?

You need a pay for product like MacDrive or Paragon HFS+ for Windows.

Best long term option for cross platform support is is to reformat the storage to exFAT or FAT32 and that's free!

Nope. You'd have to copy off the data off, format it then copy it back on.
