how to i override my deleted file with blanks one i dont want people to use recovery software and recover them nor i dont want to reinstall lion.:apple:

It's not that difficult. You can drag your file to the trash and then choose Finder > Secure Empty Trash. Or better yet you can trash your file, use Finder > Secure Empty Trash and then open up Disk Utility from the Utilities folder. In Disk Utility choose your disk in the left pane, select Erase from the top of the gray window, and then click Erase Free Space in the lower left of the window. This may take a bit of time as it has to go through all the free space on your drive. Your erased items will now be unrecoverable.
