So after matching a song and then deleting it to redownload for a 256kbps version, I found out that my original file sounded much, much better despite the lower bitrate. So I deleted the download and added the original backed up file back into my iTunes. Only problem is, I'm synced up to multiple computers. On other computers, it's only letting me download the matched song rather than revert back to that original file.
Now yes, I could keep the original file in the second computer and end up with only a local version of it. Or, I could submit that one to the cloud and download it on my first computer, so my computers stay perfectly synced up. But this creates multiple files for the same song, and they are each linked to the opposite song on both computers.
Is there a way around this? Can I tell iTunes Match to not match a certain song, and instead upload my original version instead?
