How to pair Harmony remote with ATV4K (Bluetooth)

Any ideas? Directions on Logitech say ATV needs to be on wireless. Mine is hard wired.

Doesn't the Apple TV have a feature where you can program any IR remote to work with it? Why not do that?

I use several Harmony remotes with various Apple TV's (including 4K, wired and wireless) with no problems via IR. Default Harmony app settings worked just fine. Looking at their website only the Harmony Hub remotes support bluetooth.
