How to permanently disable Spatialize Stereo

I personally don't like Spatialize Stereo at all. I find the sound that moves from ear to ear when I move my head very irritating. I disable Spatialize Stereo every time I notice it's enabled, but it keeps coming back. A few days will pass and Spatialize Stereo will be re-enabled. I haven't found a way to turn it off permanently. Does anyone know how I can disable it and keep it disabled?

That sounds like you need to turn off head tracking.
