On Spotify, if you pull up an artist's page, you can hit play and it will stream their top songs as a single playlist.

On Apple Music, if you pull up a top song page, is there no way to play those tracks straight through? I have to go back and click the next track every time.

For example, why isn't there a master PLAY button on this page? Or am I missing something.

What I did is choose an Artist (Jeff Healey), when his Apple Music Page opens click on the first song listed under Top Songs. The first song will play - and if I hit the next button (at the top of iTunes) it will skip to the next song. The funny thing is if I first click on "Top Songs" and do the same thing, I will not be able to skip to the second song.
And unfortunately it seems to only play through the 10-12 songs on the initial page - not the larger amount if you were to click on where it says Top Songs.
