How to plug 2 extra screens on iMAC 27"

Hello,

I'm used to work on a 3 screens environment (PC, 19" screens) and I would like to change to a "3 screens iMAC environment".

I'm thinking to buy one iMAC 27" and 2 apple monitors (also 27"). How can I plug the 2 additional monitors ?
