How to prepare a mac pro for sale?

I'm planing to sell my mac pro and buy a MPB for portability (and I don't need the power of a MP anymore). What do i need to do before i offer it for sale?

Is there a guide somewhere? I don't know whether to just delete all my files or do a complete wipe and re install everything?

Complete a clean install of OS X. In the part where you're erasing the HD, select secure erase and 7-pass erase so your data cannot be recovered
(do this for all HDs).

Yap, clean all the dust inside and be honest with your description regarding the condition, plus find the receipts if possible and good pics.

Pther then re-installing Mac OSX and general physical cleaning, it should be fine

If you used the computer with iTunes, don't forget to "de-authorize" it with Apple.
