How to Print only in black?

Hi,

OS X 10.49

How do I get my HP 845C printer and G4 Mac to print only in black? I get my bills in my email and like to print out a copy for my records and I want them in black only. No need to waste colour ink.

That would be in the print dialog for each print job in the Color options. Also (and I can't remember if Tiger did this, but I think it does), you can just save it as a PDF in the Web Receipts folder.
