Does anyone know of any apps or terminal commands that will allow me to print out all the 3rd party apps that I have installed.

Thank you,
R

The System Information utility will list all apps and whether or not they're from a 3rd party. Open System Information by choosing "about this Mac" from the Apple menu and then click on "system report". Look for the Applications section when System Report opens.

Another option is Print Window. https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/6465/print-window

Have used for number of years and it has lots of options to configure output.

Thank you all for your helpful replies. I updated to Mojave from Sierra and things are not good so im going to do a clean install of Movave to see if that may be better. Since 2013 when I bought this rMBP I've never done a clean installation. I simply updated each except that i skipped High Sierra. I’m hoping a clean installation will make this machine feel new-ish :(

You can also open the Applications folder in Finder, chose Select All from the Edit menu, Chose Copy, open Text Edit, Paste and you'll have a list of all Applications. This works for any Finder Folder list.

I did that when I installed got a new Mac and Migration Assistant failed to work properly.
