How to put installer on iphone after quickpwn

So unless I'm blind, I can't find simple instructions on how to put installer back on.

I have cydia now and I'm on 2.0.2

Where can I find the app online - (most rapidshare links won't work for me)

Where do I sftp the app into? What directory?
