If I quote a person who quoted someone else, my comment won't show the person's original quote. how to fix this issue?

You mean if in your own post you want to show both remarks, not just what the 2nd person said in quoting the first person?

You could go back to the original person's post, there's a little arrow there in the quoted portion of the 2nd person's post... that link will take you to the post where that quote originated.

So use multiquote (the double quote mark icon at bottom of the space where you compose your post) to grab that original remark up, then go back to the post of 2nd person and use multiquote again to pick up that person's comment and then go to where you mean to post and you'll see "Insert Quotes" as an option at the bottom of your posting space, so you can insert the two comments into the post you want to make as your own reply.

Clear as mud?

Say wha?
How deep can we go?
Turtles all the way down....

It does get messy after awhile. Probably why lots of online news commentary software omits a "reply" option when they get 2 levels deep into commentary on some piece. LOL and then the whole rest of the planet can end up replying at level 3 to some poor soul who replied at level 2...

Reddit is the absolute worst for this.
