So I am trying to restore 7.0.6 to currently installed 7.0.6 on 4s

For a reason, I just want to re-install 7.0.6. Here's what I have and What I am doing :

Jailbroken 4s with 7.0.6. I have iOS 7.0.6 ISPW file in my computer.

Now when I go into iTunes and Hold shift + click on Restore, I browse to ISPW file and select it. It begins with extraction process and then verification with apple servers. Now the error shows up:

When I click on "More Information" It takes me here :

Code:
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4451

The reason I am doing a re-install is because I want to run evasion's new version jail break as the currently Installed in my phone doesnt allow me to get updates or other changes in cydia.

Please help.
Thanks!

Apple is no longer signing 7.0.6. If you're on the 4s, you're either stuck where you are, or you have to update to 7.1. You cannot restore and stay on 7.0.6.

You can't manually restore by using a ispw file anymore, only to whatever firmware is being signed.
