seems like this doesn't work anymore? tried it with some random WSJ article from feb 2014. on iOS, news+ just opens to the main WSJ screen, and on macOS if i substitute https: with applenews: the news app just says "this article is not available"

Looks like this is no longer working. When I click on the article and sent to news, it now says I require a subscription, even though I have Apple News+. I don't like the fact that I only see a limited set of articles and they seem to be curated.

This is a really old thread - but I cannot confirm that News+ still offers full WSJ access. I am not seeing the same articles in News+ that I am seeing paywalled, and the trick with the iPad to <share> from Safari to News+ gets you in almost all cases the main landing page of WSJ in News+ and not the article. Did anybody make the same experience? Does anybody have some background info on whether full access still exists and how to get it? (Btw, same behavior on other included newspapers.) This appeared to work for me way longer than some people described last August. I cannot confirm when it stopped, though, but I would say sometime this year, at least for the articles that I am reading.

I just don’t get why I can’t search all current WSJ articles. I’m trying to read about the “Last Mile”, an article posted 22 hours ago and AN+ won’t open it. It’s paywalled on Twitter, but not in Safari. So strange.

Who gives a **** about news ? McR stop with promoting please..
Why would you even open this thread if you've no interest? The existence of this article/thread should have zero impact on your life. You'll be a much happier person if you ignore things that trigger you. ;)
