I click remove all website data and the data is still there, I dele all cache and reset the browser, and there's still data!

How do I completely delete it?

Try clicking on the "details" button under privacy in Safari's preferences. It's beneath the "remove all weskit data" button. You'll get a list of the cookies you have on your system, you can search and delete the unwanted ones.

Can you delete them manually?
Macintosh HD / Users / YOU / Library / Cookies

I don't see that option at all, I'm on Safari 5.1 btw
