Lately, on bootup, I've been getting this alert after I first log in:
extensions.jpg

Well, ok.
I go to System Settings as advised, and...
... can't find any option that mentions "rebuild" or "re-enable"

I looked on the net for possible terminal commands that can do this, found what looked like one (or two), tried them, and...
... still get the alert. Probably didn't have the right command.

What should I try next?

Go to

Login Items & Extensions

And scroll down if you have many login items. Maybe you'll find it there.

Tried
systemextensionsctl reset

...and although it said the database was rebuilt (I -think- that was the reply), reboot and STILL get the extensions error dialog I posted above.

Will have to keep exploring.

You could use systemextensionsctl list to see what extensions are installed and uninstall them one by one with systemextensionsctl uninstall

Or you could try from Recovery :

kmutil trigger-panic-medic --volume-root “/Volumes/Macintosh HD”

“trigger-panic-medic: Remove the auxiliary kext collection and remove all kext approvals on the next boot. This subcommand can only be used in Recovery Mode. This command can be used to recover the system from a kext that causes a kernel panic. After calling trigger-panic-medic, all previously in- stalled kexts will prompt the user to re-approve them when they are loaded or installed.”

I went back into the System settings extensions area.
Started going through the items, eventually a dialog popped up about resetting/re-authorizing an extension (or something along that line, not sure).
A password authorization dialog came up, entered password.
It said (after I entered password) do you want to restart?
So... restarted, and -- for now -- no more alert msg.

Wasn't keeping notes, so not exactly sure -where- it was.

Will have to wait and see how repeated reboots go...
Thanks for those who replied.
