How to record audio coming out from speakers

I have a MacBook, I would like to record just the audio of some YouTube videos. Is there any program that allows you to do that?

The solution I posted is free. There are also free online converters.

http://vixy.net/ will let you download only the audio from the youtube video.

I just plug in a cable from audio out to line in and record using quick time. Works a treat for me and it works from the iPhone headphone out also🙂
