How to recover lost emails from exchange server for outlook ost file

Some emails were lost from inbox and outbox, our mail server is MS Exchange and our client is Outlook 2010 with OST file.
Can someone give me a solution or recommend a tool to do this recover?

Normally there is a deleted item retention time configured on each Exchange Server. The standard retention time is set to 14 days, but many organizations opt for 30 days of retention. You might be able to use the recover deleted items functionality built into the Outlook client, in order to recover your lost mails, at least the ones stored in the Inbox.
