Hi, i just installed windows xp on my MBP, after that i realized it is SP1 and the driver wont work. And in the manual it said that i can't update to SP2 and i found in this forum how to slipstreamed the cd to XP SP2. I created the CD. But how to reinstall the windows? The CD is bootable, if i boot my MBP holding down the C button, will it boot? Or do i have to follow the boot camp assistant again? Remove the windows partition, create again and click on Start Installation to install the Windows just like i did when i installed the SP1? Thanks :)

It should, yes. Just follow the installation routine and format the designated Windows partition again. But double-check you wipe out the right one!!

Ok.. Thanks :) I'll try it when i come home tonight.. Anyway, i just wonder how to enter safe mode in windows? My default startup disk is mac os. if when booting i hold the option key and choose the windows, can i hold down f8 key after that? Or do i need to boot from windows and hold down the f8 keys to enter the safe mode?
