iOS How to relocate objects position in storyboard?

I am a new to use Storyboard, I am not sure how can I relocate the position of view controller? I searched Internet, but no any answer for this question!

Does anyone give me some suggestion?

A voiew controller is not a visible item, it is connected to a view which could be moved.
