how to remove automatically add to itunes folder

i dont use this folder and it wont let me delete it

is there anyway of disabling this feature or getting rid of the folder all together?

is there an easy way to hide that particular file?

Do you mean the iTunes Folder here: Home Folder>Music>iTunes

Or do you mean the "Copy files to iTunes Media Folder when adding Library" function in iTunes Preferences>Advanced?
