How to remove "dead" apps listed in iTunes?

Though I have ( I think ) removed these Xfinity apps from my iPhone, they still show up - unchecked - in the listing I get via iTunes. How do I remove them from that list?

Delete from iTunes and it will be gone from that list as well.
