How to remove Garageband instruments?

It says I have 3 gigs of instruments, I don't have garageband installed on my mac. I've checked library>application support>garageband (doesn't exist) and library>audio>apple loops (empty). Anyone know where else to look?

Please note that ~/Library is the (normally hidden) user Library.
To access it : Finder, menu bar, Go menu + press the Alt key to unveil the user Library.
