How to remove 'Input Source' Country at the Login Screen?

    This is not my login screen but it's one I found online to use as an example. I wasn't able to screen shot my own. Underneath where _____'s MacBook Pro is (or where 'Caligua' is in the above photo), it says 'US', with the flag on it. Is there any way to remove that icon?

    I now see this was an old post but for anyone else who may be searching for this info, you can go to System Preferences >> Accounts >> Login Options and there will be a tickbox for Show input menu in login window. Just uncheck it and you won't see that menu again unless you go in and re-enable it.
