How to remove printer workflow menu items

I had Neat scanner and the software installed on this 2017 iMac 27" with 10.13 and then removed it all with the Neat Uninstall software.

How can I get rid of these left over Neat items in the pdf printing menu?

In the Finder, open this folder in your user library, "~/Library/PDF Services/" Delete the items "Add Contact to Neat" and "Add Receipt to Neat".

If they aren't there, they may in the system library, "/Library/PDF Services"

I did not have the PDF Services in my ~/Library but found it in the main /Library and removed the files.
