How to remove shared links

This is a tough one, so I came here. How do you remove shared links from history folder? Settings > Safari doesn't remove when you hit cookies, data and history. These links come from Twitter.
 
Safari brings them in from twitter. Only way to remove them is to remove your twitter account from settings.
