How to remove that activity monitor request from Parallels Toolbox?

Hi, whenever I reboot, recently I keep getting a Parallels Toolbox window asking me for permission to activate activity monitor. Is there a way to get rid of it?

What is your Parallels Toolbox version?

Probably I have not provided Parallels Toolbox with a permissions. I guess otherwise it won't keep asking me over and over again. My version is: 4.0.1

Thanks. I have not seen it for about a week or so. Suddenly such annoying daily issue seems to have disappeared.
