How to remove .Trashes file without permission

    i have a seagate GoFlex and i realize that when delete large files it will go to the .Trashes folder.

    I followed a video at youtube to download the tinkertool to find & open the folder but then it told me i have no permission to open it :eek:.

    Please help...thks alot ! :)

    What is it that you're trying to accomplish? If you're trying to "bypass" the trash system when deleting from your external drive, take a look at a program called SmartTrash:

    You'll be able to selectively delete items from the trashes produced by different volumes (ie emptying the trash from your external drive without emptying the trash from your internal drive).
