how to REMOVE windows 8 from macbook 2013 (late)

Bootcamp assistant doesn't give me the option to remove Windows 8.
please take a look at the screen shot. I don't understand why.

I basically want to either remove Windows completely or reduce the size from its 160 GB to way smaller to give more space on MAC HD.

Any ideas?
