how to rename Windows hard disk?

ok now another thing is bothering me... the partition for my windows vista is called "untitled" is there anyway to change its name?

go to "disk utility" in the utilities folder

you can rename it from there.

boot into windows, right click on the C: drive, properties, and rename it

he is right, as far as i know disk utility will not let you rename the drive, must be done in windows due to nfts permissions.

You can rename in OS X if you use NTFS3G or Paragon NTFS.

right, in mac osx you cant rename it...3rd party apps can (because of ntfs permissions)

Your statement doesn't make any sense. You CAN rename a Windows drive in OS X if you use either of the 2 programs I stated above.
