You can return/swap it out in a physical store as long as you're within the 14 day period. :]

Yeah you can replace it at an Apple store or call Apple and they will arrange an uplift for the device.

Yes, unless it was a custom order. If it is a CTO, chances are very slim but call the store and see if they have that SKU in stock.

Even though mine was a custom order, they had the ultimate models at my local apple store and replaced mine since it had a speaker problem.
