I want to replace the black rotation thing on macbook which holds the screen uptight.

You mean the black plastic part that runs along the back of the air like this: https://www.amazon.com/Hinge-Clutch-Cover-Panel-MacBook/dp/B01CCBJQW2?

The plastic part just covers the hinges that actually attach the screen to the top casing and holds the screen in place.
