How To Report Errors

How do I report errors? when i clean up my desktop, my icons don't align with the left.


Its not a big deal, but it bothers the hell out of me, there are couple of other minor errors too I'd like to report, just to help them and us out.

Feedback Assistant? In El Capitan's Utility Folder.

is it because where the icons should be placed is calculated from the right, instead of the left, à la Windows?

Im not sure i completely understand your post, but this didnt happen before. It used to perfectly align to the left side of the screen when i cleaned up.
