how to reset an iphone

yesterday i pushed the reset all setting and data and now my iphone has nothing on it what should i do to get it back to at least original setting thanks

Resync with iTunes.

Restore from a backup.

I'm thinking you must have selected "erase all content and settings." Reset all settings shouldn't have deleted your apps.
