My iphone 7 plus out of the blue, went into the la-la world. The screen was in super zoom mode, the icon were so big that one icon cover almost the entire screen. Basically the phone was useless. I lost control of it. Usually, this kind of problems are resolved by a reset, so I called Apple tech support, the guy who took the call did not know how to reset it. I asked Mr. Google, and bingo! http://www.ikream.com/2016/09/fix-apple-iphone-7-wont-turn-troubleshooting-guide-24469 "Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power key (sleep/wake button) together for 15 to 20 seconds." Just in case.
